Today, we were in the process of changing the model of our smartphone. During this process, we had to switch from our previous SIM card to an eSIM. Unfortunately, a server failure occurred at NTT Docomo, our mobile carrier, which manages eSIMs. This has prevented us from completing the process.
To make matters worse, in our case, the information from the SIM card had already been transferred to Docomo's server (making the SIM card unusable) just before the new eSIM could be activated. As a result, we are currently unable to make or receive calls on both our old and new devices.
Email is still functional, so for urgent matters, please contact us via E-mail.
