About NPO business report
NPOs are stipulated to submit a business report, etc. to the competent authority within three months after the end of each business year.
Specifically, you will need to submit the following documents:
① Business report for the previous fiscal year
② Activity statement for the previous fiscal year
③ Balance sheet for the previous fiscal year
④ Property inventory for the previous business year
⑤ Annual list of officers for the previous fiscal year
⑥ A list of 10 or more employees as of the last day of the previous business year
This business report and settlement of accounts are matters to be resolved by the general meeting, so it is necessary to vote at the general meeting every year.
