Furthermore, since the Immigration Control Act is revised almost every year, it is necessary to make decisions in light of the latest laws.
We are also sometimes asked to "revise our application if it is not approved so that it will be approved."
We will advise you on what you need to do to have your application approved, but we do not prepare false applications, nor do we act as intermediaries for such applications.
If it is discovered that your application is false, you may, in the worst case scenario, be subject to deportation procedures, so we recommend that you do not do so.
