So what is the status of residence of foreigners who have been married to a "Long-Term Resident"?
The status of residence that can be obtained by a spouse of a resident of "Long-Term Resident" is "Long-Term Resident".
This is specified in the 5th Long-Term Resident notification No. 5 "Ro".
However, the marriage partner must be a "Long-Term Resident" who has been allowed to stay for more than one year.
