The operational guidelines for accepting Specified Skilled Worker will be revised.
The operation of accepting Specified Skilled Worker will change from April 1st of this year.
here will be several changes, but the three biggest changes for the institution you work for will be as follows:
- If you start accepting Specified Skilled Worker for the first time after April 1st of this year, you will need to submit a "Document on the eligibility of the Specified Skilled Workers affiliation organization."
- It is necessary to confirm the measures implemented by the local governments where the business establishments and residences of Specified Skilled Worker are located to realize an inclusive society, and to reflect these in the support plan.
- The frequency of submitting notifications regarding the acceptance, activities, and support of Specified Skilled Worker will change from quarterly to once a year (submitted between April 1st and May 31st).
However, regular reports covering the period from January 1st to the end of March this year must be submitted between April 1st and 15th as usual.
