What is "forced deportation"?

"Forced deportation" means to forcibly deport certain foreign nationals who are deemed unfavorable to Japan from Japan, and Article 24 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act provides for specific reasons .
Those who are deported will be denied entry to Japan for five years from the date of deportation.
Furthermore, those who have been deported in the past will be denied entry for 10 years.
It should be noted that this "forced deportation" does not require intention or negligence by the target foreigner.
Therefore, it is not possible to escape deportation because it was unintentional.
