If a company that employs Specified Skilled Worker violates laws and regulations in relation to their employment, it may receive guidance and an improvement order from the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency.
In particular, if an improvement order is received, that fact will be made public.
Failure to comply with this improvement order will result in punishment of "imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than 300,000 yen."
